Aims & Scope

The Journal of Data Science & Technology Innovation (JDSTI) is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing theoretical development, methodological innovation, and practical applications in the broad fields of data science and technology innovation. The journal provides a rigorous academic platform for disseminating original research, critical reviews, technical analyses, and interdisciplinary studies that contribute to the design, development, and responsible use of data-driven technologies in contemporary society.

JDSTI welcomes high-quality contributions that address both foundational and applied dimensions of the field, including but not limited to data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, database systems, big data infrastructures, intelligent information systems, data engineering, knowledge discovery, business analytics, digital platforms, computational innovation, and emerging technology-enabled decision systems. The journal follows a quarterly publication schedule. Manuscript submissions are considered year-round, and accepted papers are assigned to the appropriate issue based on submission date.

Double-Blinded Review

The Journal of Data Science & Technology Innovation operates a double-blinded peer-review process to ensure fairness, academic integrity, and high scholarly standards. Under this review model, the identities of authors are concealed from reviewers, and the identities of reviewers are likewise concealed from authors throughout the evaluation process. This approach is intended to minimize potential bias related to author identity, institutional affiliation, nationality, seniority, or prior reputation, while allowing manuscripts to be assessed solely on the basis of originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
