Path analysis of digital economy development affecting economic growth

Abstract

The concept of digital economy has received widespread attention in recent years, and its role in promoting economic growth has also been recognized. This paper, by sorting out the path of the digital economy affecting economic growth, concludes that the digital economy can promote the increase of equilibrium output by increasing product supply and promoting demand; at the same time, in the market transaction, the digital economy can facilitate the transaction cooperation by safeguarding the interests and improving the efficiency. This paper also gives suggestions for problems due to the rapid development of the digital economy.
